Return Eligibility


To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be damaged.

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at jaydengiles@hillstodieon.us if:

  • The item is defective,

  • The item is damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

We will assess the issue promptly and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants),

  • Custom or personalized products,

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products),

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing justification.

To qualify for this, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it,

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
